    Your removing the details from your account, not their internal computers. You can only get them removed completely by contacting them by telephone and formally request that they are removed.

    If you enter your 12 month code it'll cancel out the renewal

    I didn't ring them as i couldnt (no phone line) but it seems they didnt take any moneyz from my account so im hoping when i get back online i still have that year code.

    Nah they shouldn't touch your bank account now until the 12 month expires.
