Recently announced on Major Nelson's podcast, Black Ops is indeed getting some DLC called First Strike in the new year. It consists of 4 new maps and a zombie map named ''Ascension''.

The four MP maps are called Discovery (based on the Resnov mission set in an Antarctic research location), Kowloon (set on Kowloon rooftops), Berlin Wall (battle at Checkpoint Charlie), and Stadium (set in a hockey arena).

An interesting bunch, if I do say so. It'll cost 1200 points (*groan*) and it'll be released on February 1st.

Woo! £10 for 5 new maps is a great price IMHO. You'll most probably get more play time out of them, than you do from most new £40 games.

True. But compared to say Battlefield Vietnam, which is a whole new game at the same price, I'd expect it to be cheaper. I'll probably get it anyway

Damn it being another 1200 why not 800. Still gonna get it but damn it's costly.
