    Default Xbox lied to me???!?!

I don't know if you guys remember, but back at the start of october, microsoft did this deal for 2 years of xbox and 1600 msp's for 67 quid, I gladly hopped on that bandwagon. They said the msp's would be deposited roughly 6 weeks after the purchase, it's now been 2 months I've seen no sign of any msp's and I've just checked the confirmation email I got through and it says nothing about any microsoft points. What do I do!?

Try avoid ringing them, you'll probably get someone who doesn't know what a Xbox is.
See if there's a contact E-Mail, they normally reply within the day.

I took on an offer a year ago, "One month gold for 99p" bought it and it charged me £4.99 -.-

I'd recommend emailing them as they are pretty brilliant support wise. I emailed them with a licensing query regarding an upcoming project and they replied within 48hrs. You can email them by using the form here: https://help.xbox.com/default.aspx?p...&wfxredirect=1. They should get you sorted out pretty quickly.
