Ubisoft has been registering a few domain names recently. One is for Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood. It is noted that the new Assassin’s Creed title will most likely be a full game, rather than an expansion pack, but at this point no one can be sure. There is, however, an ‘episode’ that is being readied for Assassin’s Creed that will add online multiplayer along with more singleplayer content.
Ubisoft has also registered a domain name driversanfranciscogame.com. This grants hope to giving a rebirth of the Driver series after its below-average game Driver: Parallel Lines. A patent for Driver: The Recruit was issued in 2008, so this is more than a confirmation. Ubisoft has officially revealed plans to release a new Assassin’s Creed and Driver game during it’s next fiscal year.
Another two domains were registered by Activision, one being a 007 driving game at bloodstonegame.com. Not many details are available for this game. The second one will grab more attention from the gaming community being a remake of an old-school Bond game: goldeneyegame.com. Now, with GoldenEye in the picture, hope is high for a possible reiteration of GoldenEye from the N64, which was loved by many.

It will be interesting to see what they have up their sleeve for the Golden Eye domain, seeing that the original game is in the middle of a battle between Microsoft and Nintendo.
