Rare will be looking to fix bugs found in the Xbox Live Arcade version of Perfect Dark for a future title update.

The developer told followers on Twitter that it has identified a problem with the 'Tools of the Trade' achievement, which was originally supposed to unlock upon receiving a bronze rating or better across all 32 weapons in the Firing Range.

The cause of the bug is that save file and achievement data is not fully synchronising. The issue may be solved by keeping the console on for five minutes after completing weapons training.

Users on the official Xbox 360 forums have also suggested completing the game and then entering the firing range in the same sitting will also solve the problem.

A spokesperson for the developer told DS: "We are collecting all the concerns, wants, bugs, etcetera, and seeing if it would be possible for a title update. We certainly can't promise anything at the moment, but hopefully we will be able to address the issues at some point."

The remake, which features a higher frame rate, upscaled textures and online play, was released last week.
