Rumours are you’ll get ten maps, and while there’s no official word on what those maps will be called Abandon, DCWH (The White House), Compact, Revolt, Complex and Storm. Additionally, four Call of Duty 4 maps will be included, including Shipment, Vacant, Overgrown and Crash.

Might bring some life back into the game.

The call of duty map pack is 1200 MSP and there is only five maps (2 of which are COD4 maps)

Way too expensive in my opinion considering Bad company maps are free and include achievements

Infinity Ward's new maps are described briefly as follows:

    • Bailout: a multi-level apartment complex
    • Storm: an open industrial park littered with heavy machinery
    • Salvage: a snowy junkyard fortified by stacked debris and crushed cars

Meanwhile, the two maps ported from Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare are Crash and Overgrown. Both maps are said to be "reworked" with improved graphics, but feature no geographic changes.

I'm only buying them as I have alot of points spare to spend. If I had to actually go out to buy points especially for the maps, I most probably wouldn't bother.

1200 MSP is way too much. It would be acceptable if it included Spec ops missions....

There is loads of people complaining about the price. Especially seeing that Perfect Dark Arcade, a full length game with multiplayer maps is being released tomorrow for 800 MSP.

I can't see Activision reducing the price, as people are complaining about it but they will still buy it.

Usually Microsoft encourage the companies to increase the price of DLC. Bungie wanted the map packs for Halo 3 to be free, but Microsoft wouldn't let them.

1200 points for 5 maps, no thanks.
