Does any one know where to get the update for the Xbox 360 Chatpad/Keypad thing?
I bought a chatpad and plugged it in to my joypad and it will not work. I even took it back and got a replacement and that won't work.
After looking on the internet somepeople said that you first need to download a update for the chatpad. If so, where is it?

Thanks, but my xbox is constantly connected to xbox live and I have every update.
Is there no update available on the market? Is there any button on the chatpad that I overlooked?

Not to my knowledge. The only individual update I have ever seen on the marketplace is the Media Update (for video playback). Have you tried the chatpads on someone elses controller?
