    i hope someone can answer this

    i have a chance to get a wired xbox 360 steering wheel for nothing, can i use it on my pc to play games for windows games.


    i have a wireless controller and a receiver for games for windows games and they work well.

    can i use said wheel or do i have to get a wirelless one?

    Seeing as wired controllers work in PC's don't see why the wheel shouldn't.
    Although seeing as you already have the receiver the safest option would be a wireless one.

    Which wheel would it be? If it is the Microsoft "Wireless" Steering Wheel (it's not actually fully wireless, it has 2 cables), then that will work with the receiver and be supported in "Games for Windows". If it is a USB steering wheel, then it may work with the PC, though most probably won't be supported.

    i bought a datel 270power racer wireless wheel and its great with the f1 2011 game
