    Default Xbox 360 4Gb slim HDD

    I have got a 250gb HDD for which I set up and is working in one Xbox 360 4gb slim.
    but what I need to know is there any need to get another two for the other two Xbox 360 4gb slim in our house or can I just get two USB HDD.
    Is there any differance between haveing the HDD fitted in side the xbox and useing a external usb drive ????
    any help please

    There's no difference between a HDD and a USB Memory stick. You'll have to configure the usb drive to work as a Hard Drive but you can do that on the Xbox. a 16gb usb drive should be suffice or smaller as long as you don't download a lot of DLC or install games.

    FYI 16gb is the largest external HDD/Memory stick size that is supported (larger ones can be used but only 16gb can be used - though you can use 2 x 16gb External HDD's/Memory Sticks to get 32gb). Amazon have cheap Sandisk Cruzer Memory sticks on sale at the moment. £11.25 for a 16gb one SanDisk Cruzer Blade USB Flash Drive 16GB: Amazon.co.uk: Computers & Accessories!

    so to get a lot of space the 250gig HDD inside is the only way to go.
