Hello all l have tried 3 times to download "Black" on my 360 but game wont play, have cleared the cache and support told me to download again but didnt help, can anybody advise.

Was this telephone support you spoke to or over the internet? If it was over the internet, I would advise that you call up telephone support and ask them to look at the file. It may just be that the server you're downloading from is near to capacity, but it could also be that the file is faulty.
