How much free space will show when you have a 250gb hdd? I have a 4gb 360 and I have installed a 250 hdd and available space is. 227gb I have a few saves on it. But what is available normally?

On an empty Xbox 360 HDD it would be around 230gb mark (I can't be 100% precise, as my hard drive isn't empty but it would be around that area).

A large chunk is taken up with with software that it already on the Xbox. Even the original 20GB hard drives only allowed you to have roughly 15GB of usable space.
