Hello all! The name's Ryan. I'm 20 and currently live just outside Durham, but will be moving to Middlesbrough in a few weeks to start a Computer Games Programming course at Teesside Uni. Maybe one day I'll appear on the credits that we all skip at the end of a game. I noticed another new member is in the North East - Matt. I ought to make it clear from the outset that I'm not a Boro or Sunderland supporter, so hopefully you don't need to kill me.

Again, like Matt, I'm a huge fan of Oblivion and would give my left arm for Skyrim... and I'm left-handed, so that's a big deal, right? I mostly play RPGs and shooters - favourites include Mass Effect, Dragon Age, Gears of War and Left 4 Dead. I used to really loathe Halo, but I'm not entirely sure why. Recently I have REACHed out.

What else about me? I like the sorts of things you would expect a student to like: travelling, pizza, booze, music. Particularly into contemporary prog rock and metal music at the moment. That's actually a hint as to where my username is from. Bonus points for anybody who knows what my username is a reference to.

My XBL gamertag is the same. Look me up if you want. I'm often up for some multiplayer shenanigans, but sadly my internet connection doesn't share that enthusiasm. The sooner fibreoptics come my way, the better.
